Felt pennants can be attached using a variety of methods including adhesive strips, pins, or hanging them on a cord or string. If you're using adhesive strips, just stick them onto the back of the pennant and press it onto the desired surface. If you prefer not to damage the wall, you can hang the pennants on a cord or string and then attach the cord to the wall.
